Reservation and Deposit Information
Please call us in advance to schedule your party date. We ask that you give at least a 2-3 week notice to insure availability, but we are flexible with last minute requests.
In order to reserve the time and date we require a non-refundable 50% deposit, depending on the type of service acquired, and will send you an invoice and agreement form to fill out and return, prior to the event.
Deposits must be paid online through PayPal and received no later than 3 days prior to the event. For last minute bookings, an additional charge may apply.
Full payment is due on the day of the event for entertainers. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event for full service Deluxe party setups. The balance is accepted by Cash, Credit card payment (3% credit charge added). Late charges will be added for payments not received within 7 days of the party.
Cancellations
If for any reason you must cancel, your deposit is not refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will be more than happy to reserve a new date based on availability. We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, acts of God, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance
Starstricken Entertainment assumes no liability or responsibility for accidents, damages, allergic reactions to any activity, costumes worn or food and beverages consumed before, during, or after the party.
Please check with guests, parents or guardians for any allergies and notify Starstricken Entertainement prior to the event.
Photo Disclaimer
Starstricken Entertainment photos are to assist you in your choice by giving ideas of costumes and Deluxe Party setups. Art, actual entertainer and Deluxe Party arrangements may vary from pictures shown.
We reserve the right to have photos taken at your event to use in our picture gallery, including, but not limited to, our website and other promotional material. We will ask the individual's permission before photos are taken.
By signing our contract the client understands and agrees to Fun-O-Rama's terms and conditions without additional monetary claims or compensation.
Other
Gratuities are greatly appreciated if the entertainer exceeds expectations.
Fuel surcharges may apply on individual basis calculated by mileage. Your event coordinator will notify you of this at the time of reservation. Starstricken Entertainment offers generic mascots and theatrical costumes.
